•         Our return policy works when the client sends us photos upon arrival of the plants  showing the damage, if they arrive dead or in poor condition, we will issue partial refund, full refund or send a new plant in our next shipment.

  • When a return has been duly confirmed and processed, if merit is found, the refund of the payment made will be processed. For this, the same payment method that was used when placing your order will be used. The value will be the one that appears in the order document and payment deposit.

  •      Dear Customers. The prices on our website and price list do not include shipping or handling. Shipping and handling are calculated when your order is placed. The charges vary depending on the number of the plants and the destination country. Thank you for understanding.
